The best part about this video is it's easy to understand and they are demonstrating "value" to the end user to convince them to make the effort and download a reader/obtain the content.
A "value trade" in return for undertaking the call to action is what i've been trying to get content providers to understand. This isn't rocket science people, give users something worthwhile and they'll make the effort to read your QR codes.
