New York City taxes

Just completed our 2016 coop expenses spreadsheet for the accountant.

Our NYC city taxes for a small 6 apartment 4 story coop in Brooklyn Heights is now $41,455 a year or approx 64.3% of annual building running costs.

Absolutely ridiculous Bill de Blasio !!
