In the past I have made much use of rules. They were typically stored on the Exchange server. Of course, that presumes you're using an Exchange account and not IMAP.
Yep using an exchange server, upgraded from SBS 2003 to SBS 2008 at home and didnt realise just exporting the user .pst files wasnt enough, lol.
