Hey pensioners ....time to move on and "be efficient"

Which encourages land taxes to be increased to prop up insurance company profits by removing stamp duty (yep like we really believe those cuts are going to be passed on to us).....and that a side benefit of increasing costs of owning your own home is that "people will be forced to downsize".


So basically pensioners ....you should "for the benefit of the people oh and insurance company profits" be forced to downsize and move out of your family home because lets face it.....you don't need those 3 bedrooms anymore and "its for the efficiency of society"......
