USA taxes arming the FSA

So folks... now that we've finished stuffing ourselves on turkey lets get real about the next year.
How do you feel about your taxes paying for these rockets to blow up a sovereign states tanks?
Can you imagine the outrage here in the USA if China provided rockets to Mexican drug gangs to blow up US Army border guards patrolling within the borders of Texas?
There would be a fucking outrage - and yet here we have Obama providing these weapons to the FSA and its not even making a ripple.

BTW am I the only one who thinks its really weird how this video looks/feels exactly like ISIS videos.....but its promoting 'the good guys'?
