Foreign investor tax

Dont get me wrong i'm all for allowing foreign investment in Australian residential property.

But as foreign investors are investing in Australia for reasons apart from ROI (but in addition to) not such a bad idea to capitalize on that premium of safety that they are seeking.

Not to do so is leaving money on the table and not valuing that aspect appropriately.

So in this instance the property coucnil is wrong (lol....again).
