In light of the Kaleidescape ruling i'd really like to know how Rovi are getting away with their dvd "cloud lifting" service that was just announced at CES 2012 - http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/technology/2012/01/ces-rovi-digital-copy-dvd-cloud.html
