Very very thankful Jodie and I got to see him play live a few years ago up close and personal at a relatively small gig, one of our highlight of living in NY and happening to be at the right place at the right time - even in his late 60's he was a major force on stage and had a sold out crowd pumped for the whole 2 hours from start to finish - http://blog.collins.net.pr/2008/05/lou-reed.html
