Time to move out of Sydney folks !!

And this is why property in the USA on the whole is so much cheaper than Australia.

Until Australians realise that living in Nowra/Orange/Forster is just as appropriate as living in Sydney.....Australia will always be a two city town.

People complain about sydney rents/prices....but do you see anyone saying yep i'm going to move to Hobart?
