I was watching the Anthony Bourdain - No Reservation Paris show this week. Lots of comments about up and coming superstar restaurants in Paris with single fixed menu, some with only a fixed single seating as well......
Personally i think this is a great idea, everyone in the restaurant going through a joint dining experience, just delivery at the same time is the issue depending on the number of people.
