Echosign

Interesting tidbit posted in Dan Primacs mailinglist this morning.


Adobe Systems has acquired EchoSign, a provider of web-based electronic signature and signature automation solutions. No financial terms were disclosed. Palo Alto, Calif.-based EchoSign had raised around $8.5 million in VC funding from Emergence Capital and Storm Ventures. http://www.echosign.com/



btw....i have a theory about how Echosign are doing it wrong :) solving this issue has been in my to do list for a while, just waiting for the time an opportunity to reveal why i think there is a better way.
