Lumber Liquidators

Hey Lumber Liquidators management.... in case you stumble across this blog you might want to wander into one of your stores sometime as a mystery shopper.

I was in one of your stores today looking for about 650 sq ft of Brazilian Redwood..... lol the service I got was pitiful.

I know it's only approx a $6500 sale but I've had more knowledgeable people sell me a bag of dog food.

I dont know if your staff are only on $10 an hour or something like that (and if so pay them more), but you might want to include some commissions/bonuses etc to encourage them to be more knowledgeable.
