Any thoughts?

I’ve often wondered if something like this could be done with cookies etc. and wondering why it wasn’t done more often.
Anyone onreading this doing something similar (possibly in a different format). As long as it is in the T&C’s of the site signup it shouldn’t be illegal etc – or do the other companies maintain they “own” their cookies and therefore cant be touched etc.
Very interesting court case about privacy legal rights, T&C’s legal rights, cutting edge technology and data matching etc. Will be interesting to see how this one turns out.
Cheers,
Dean
Can't be done with cookies because cookies can only be read by the domain issuing them -- other peoples' servers can't know about your cookies, at least not when security & sandboxing are working.
